01. Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
02. Shipping options

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM.

03. Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods such as Black Friday and holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
04. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly through your account
05. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
06. Delivery attempts

Carriers may attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is returned to our fulfillment center after unsuccessful attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
